We encourage you to let the San Francisco Paratransit office know when you receive exceptional service and when your service is poor. If you wish to file a formal complaint or compliment about any aspect of our services, you may do so by writing us at:

Pre-paid postage complaint / compliment cards are available in the lobby of the San Francisco Paratransit office.

An online fillable version of the complaint / compliment card is available by CLICKING HERE. You may print and mail (postage required) or email the form to us at the address listed on the form. 

You may also call us directly with your complaint or compliment by dialing 415- 351-7052. TTY 415-351-3942.

When you call or write, please provide as much detail as possible. Information about your trip such as date, time, cab company name, or cab number is helpful. If you are commenting about SF Access, include time of pick up, vehicle number, etc. The more information you include, the better we can research your complaint. We will follow up on your complaint and respond to you, usually within 14 days. Anonymous compliments and complaints also are welcome.
