  • Recent Changes to SF Paratransit Fares- Effective July 1, 2017, fares have increased for SF Paratransit van rides and taxi value.  This change impacts all SF Paratransit trips including SF Access, SF Paratransit Taxi, Shop-a-Round, Shop-a-Round Taxi, Paratransit Plus, Van Gogh, and DAAS Shopping Shuttle.  For more information about the recent fare changes, click here

  • SF Paratransit Now Accepts MuniMobile Tickets

    Individuals who wish to purchase one-way SF Paratransit van ride tickets using their smartphones may do so by using the MuniMobile app.  MuniMobile SF Paratransit van tickets can be purchased at their current value of $2.50 per one-way fare.  MuniMobile tickets are stored on your smartphone and can be activated for use up to 90 days from purchase.  To download the app, search MuniMobile on iTunes or GooglePlay and choose the SF Access category when purchasing tickets.  For more detailed instructions describing how to purchase and use MuniMobile tickets, click here.  The MuniMobile ticket service is managed by SFMTA.  Please visit SFMTA's website or call 311 for more information.

  • Upcoming Passenger Assistance Safety & Sensitivity (PASS) Trainer Certification Course - October 23-25, 2017

    SF Paratransit is pleased to announce that East Bay Paratransit in Oakland, CA has agreed to host a PASS Trainer Certificaton course on October 23-25, 2017, presented by Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA).  The PASS Trainer Certification Program ensures that community transportation trainers have current expertise in passenger assistance, techniques, sensitivity skills, bus evacuation knowledge and skills in order to train drivers to serve persons with disabilities.  CTAA will provide a trainer who will conduct the course in-person at East Bay Paratransit’s facility in Oakland.  To learn more or to enroll in the course, call CTAA at (800) 891-0590 extension 740, or visit CTAA's training website http://www.ctaa.org/training.  From there, click the “Calendar” button in the upper-right corner of the webpage, and locate this course from the list.  Enrollment and fees for the course are managed by CTAA, not by SF Paratransit.

SF Access News 

  • SF Access fares have increased to $2.50 per one-way trip, effective July 1, 2017. 

SF Paratransit Taxi Program News

  • For every $30 in taxi value added, the customer must pay $6.00, effective July 1, 2017. 

Van Gogh Shuttle Program

  • The free-fare promotional period for the Van Gogh Shuttle Program has ended.  Van Gogh Shuttle fares now cost $2.50 per one-way trip, effective July 1, 2017.

Shop-a-Round Program

  • Effective February 15th, 2017, the Shop-a-Round schedule has expanded! It now has trips in the morning and afternoon at select supermarkets. Click here for the new schedule.
  • The free-fare promotional period for the Shop-a-Round Program has ended. Shop-a-Round fares now cost $2.50 per one-way trip, effective July 1, 2017.
